The Overview

One of our past clients (name hidden by request for privacy) is an online only brand that sells FDA cleared hair treatment devices.

The Challenge

Johnathan and his company had recently completed a brand redesign which included an overhaul to their website. As with any brand focused redesign, a pretty site doesn’t necessarily mean a high converting site. In there case, the redesign didn't help conversions at all. Conversion Industries was engaged to help optimize and improve the alignment between the new brand site and their consumers’ needs so they would have a website that was not only attractive but also effective.

The Solution

To accomplish that goal, Johanthan engaged CI for a data driven process designed to remove any barriers to conversion on their newly launched brand site. We utilized a variety of methods to optimize the site including:

-User testing

-Site analytics and consumer research

-User experience design improvements

-Iterative multivariate testing

At the conclusion of the user research process, it became clear that we needed to scrap their new design and creating something new from the ground up.

The Results

The end result was a conversion focused design that not only helped align Johanthan's newly redesigned website with their consumers, but it also helped lead a deeper change in how Johanthan's company built and developed their websites moving forward. The result was 20%+ increase in conversions.



Following the success of the landing page redesign, CI also tested and updated their main ecom 'product' age for another 25% gain.
